It is our honor to announce that we will have a “2018 Bellomy Family Reunion” from July 20-22 2018 in Detroit, MI. 

We're encouraging everyone to create a profile on this website (under the family tab) and upload information even if you cannot attend. This will help us build the family database for future events.

Once you have built your profile please pay the registration fee of $100 per person. Children under 3 do not require a registration fee. Children 3-12 registration fee is $50. However, all registration fees must be paid by March 15, 2018. Payments can be made in increments if needed. We need a minimum of 100 registrations to make this event a success. Please reach out to all family members and make them aware of the reunion.

On Friday, July 20th, the family will enjoy Hospitality Night/Picnic at the Belle Isle from 3 p.m. – 9 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to be in attendance. The pavillion is located directky across from the Giant Slide. We will have dinner and refreshments. It’s a perfect start to reconnect with distant relatives. On Saturday, July 21st, we encourage everyone to spend thier morning exploring Detroit. Detroit is now rated the #3 place to visit in 2018. The downtown area offers a vibrant waterfront, casinos, restaurants, shops, clubs, and landmarks. Saturday night we will have the GALA event at the Detroit Historical Museum in the heart of Downtown from 6 pm - 11 pm. This event will be our Black & White formal event. We will have entertainment and a formal dinner.  Come dressed in your best ‘black & white’ attire and enjoy food, music, dancing, and entertainment. Finally, Sunday we will have the farewell presentation and 2020 reunion reveal. Join us on the Detroit Princess Boat Cruise . This event is a 60’s & 70’s costume party. Grab your Afros, Bell Bottoms Platform Shoes, and neon clothes and cruise up the Detroit River.The cruise will leave at 11:30 a.m. It's a 2 hour cruise with lunch and Motown entertainment featuring the skyline of Detroit & Canada. 

Currently, there are 3 ambassadors, David Bellomy, Tahnika Bellomy & Rhonda Brown (Council Bellomy Sr. Grandchildren) who are coordinating events. Please contact us with any questions and/or concerns.
